We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of product strategy, roadmap, requirements and execution for Vasquez. The role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering, QA and other cross-functional teams to translate business and customer needs into well-defined product initiatives and deliver measurable product outcomes.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience managing software products in a US-based or international product environment with a strong understanding of product lifecycle management, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product roadmap, priorities and release planning.
- Translate business and customer requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Conduct product discovery and identify opportunities based on customer feedback, market requirements and business objectives.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and effectively communicated to the development team.
- Monitor product adoption, performance, customer feedback and key product metrics.
- Drive continuous product improvement and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and business value.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure alignment across all stakeholders.




- Identify and evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI/GenAI capabilities into the product where they can deliver meaningful business or customer value.
- Present product strategy, roadmap, priorities and progress to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a software, SaaS or technology product company.
- Proven experience managing products for US or international markets.
- Robust understanding of product strategy, product discovery, roadmap management, prioritization and product lifecycle management.
- Strong experience in preparing PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and product documentation.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile/Scrum development teams and tools such as Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to product decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and understand software development processes.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI products, features or use cases is preferred.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with a US-based SaaS or product company.
- Experience managing products from concept/discovery through development, launch and continuous improvement.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, analytics and modern web applications.
- Technical background or prior experience working closely with software engineering teams.
