Role Overview:

The Product Manager will participate in the Product Manager responsible for managing the delivery of product rebranding initiatives and ensuring that customer-facing and intermediary-facing product assets, disclosures, communications, and digital touchpoints are updated in line with brand, regulatory, and internal governance requirements.

The role will also support ongoing product development, product launches, and post-launch reviews, ensuring business-as-usual product outcomes continue effectively throughout the transition period.

The Product Manager will work closely with the Delivery Manager on delivery planning, requirements capture, and progress tracking. The Product Manager will remain accountable for product outcomes, content accuracy, stakeholder approvals, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Product Rebranding Delivery – Own the delivery of product rebranding activities across all in-scope assets, including product summaries, General Provisions, Supplementary Provisions/Annexures, FAQs, policy illustrations, training/proposition materials, website content, and other documents requiring product naming or branding updates.
- Asset Inventory & Impact Assessment – Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory of all in-scope product assets and customer/intermediary touchpoints. Assess the required changes across branding, terminology, disclosures, naming, layouts, and dependencies.
- Phased Delivery Planning – Develop and manage a phased implementation plan aligned with programme milestones, release windows, regulatory requirements, operational readiness, dependencies, and agreed delivery timelines.
- Governance, Approvals & Quality Control – Coordinate reviews and approvals with Brand, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and relevant governance forums. Ensure all deliverables comply with brand standards, naming conventions, regulatory disclosure requirements,



internal product governance, and document-control processes.
- Documentation & Audit Readiness – Maintain accurate and auditable records of approvals, decisions, changes, dependencies, and governance activities in coordination with the relevant programme/IMO teams.
- Communications & Business Readiness – Partner with Communications and Marketing teams to plan and execute internal and external communications associated with product rebranding. Ensure impacted teams receive updated training/proposition materials and clear guidance on changes.
- Product Development & Launches – Support end-to-end product development activities, ongoing product launches, enhancements, and product changes during the rebranding transition. Contribute to requirements, product documentation, stakeholder alignment, and delivery tracking.
- Product Management & Governance – Support product reviews, product assessments, product enquiries, and governance activities in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Post-Launch Review – Support post-launch reviews to assess customer outcomes, operational performance, product effectiveness, and accuracy of product documentation following rebranding and product changes.
