Role: Product Manager + Business Analyst

Location: Bangalore or Gurugram or Noida

Experience: 8 Plus

What We're Looking For:

- Strong experience as a Project Manager / Business Analyst within Capital Markets
- Solid domain expertise in Equity Derivatives (Must)
- Experience managing end-to-end project delivery, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholders
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and process mapping
- Ability to work closely with Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working in Banking / Financial Services / Investment Banking / Capital Markets environments
- Strong understanding of the Equity Derivatives lifecycle and processes

Key Responsibilities:





- Drive delivery of Capital Markets initiatives from requirements through implementation
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology teams
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
- Facilitate discussions across Business, Technology, Product, and Operations teams
- Identify process improvements and support solution design
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle
