Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager – D2C who is customer-focused and interested in building and improving the end-to-end product experience across our D2C website and app .

Candidates with internship experience or 0–2 years of experience in Product Management, preferably with exposure to a D2C Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Wellness brand, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management – D2C Website & App

- Assist in managing and improving the product roadmap for the website and mobile app
- Track key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, retention, and overall user experience
- Support optimization of the end-to-end checkout journey and reduce drop-offs
- Collaborate with design, engineering, growth, and analytics teams
- Identify and analyze funnel drop-offs (Homepage → PDP → Cart → Checkout)
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor benchmarking
- Track bounce rate, conversion rate, and page load speed
- Support improvements in product discovery, navigation, search, and PDP experience




- Contribute to AI-led initiatives to improve personalization and customer experience
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for product improvements

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Product Management
- Internship experience in Product Management, D2C, E-commerce, or a related field will be an advantage
- Exposure to a D2C Beauty, Skincare, Personal Care, Cosmetics, or Wellness brand is preferred
- Strong interest in digital products, e-commerce, and customer experience
- Basic understanding of customer journeys, funnels, conversion, and retention
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work closely with design, engineering, growth, and business teams
