We are looking for an experienced Product Manager with strong expertise in lending products, NBFC operations, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage secured/unsecured lending products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, MSME, Consumer & Vehicle Finance.

- Drive product strategy, pricing, profitability, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth.

- Manage product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

- Prepare Product Notes, BRDs, SOPs, and coordinate with Technology, Risk, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.

- Ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations and support policy formulation.

- Drive digital lending, automation, process improvement, and TAT enhancement.

- Monitor portfolio quality, delinquency, profitability, and customer experience.

Requirements:

- Robust knowledge of lending, product management, risk, compliance, and portfolio analytics.

- Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

- Digital lending/product automation experience preferred.
