Role: Associate Product Manager - Loan

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Product Manager with a passion for fintech. Define requirements and ship assigned features end-to-end, and act as the voice of the customer by turning support and service insights into product improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the product roadmap and own delivery of assigned features and modules end-to-end
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, and support teams to launch features
- Translate product requirements into user flows, wireframes, and user stories
- Run user research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and validate ideas
- Track product metrics and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes
- Work with risk, compliance, and legal teams to ensure products meet regulatory requirements Customer Support & Service:
- Act as the voice of the customer by reviewing support tickets, calls, reviews, and CSAT feedback
- Convert support escalations and complaint trends into prioritised product fixes




- Improve self-service journeys such as help centre, FAQs, and in-app application status tracking
- Improve support tooling and agent workflows (CRM, ticketing) to speed up issue resolution
- Track service metrics (resolution TAT, CSAT) and support grievance redressal with compliance

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- 1-3 years in product management, business analysis, or customer support with product exposure
- Understanding of digital lending or credit products and Indian customer behaviour
- Exposure to support operations: ticketing systems, escalations, SLAs, and grievance redressal
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working, product lifecycle, and roadmap planning

Skills:

- Solid analytical mindset; hands-on with SQL, Excel, or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with CRM and ticketing platforms such as Freshdesk
- Comfortable with technical concepts, UI/UX principles, and tools like Figma
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer empathy and a service mindset
