About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Lending Technology to drive the evolution, optimisation and execution of our lending technology stack.

The role will focus on building a robust and scalable LOS/LMS ecosystem, improving lending workflows and automation, and managing integrations with key technology and FinTech partners across the lending lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Own the functional evolution and optimisation of the LOS/LMS.

- Work with Business, Credit, Risk and Operations to translate requirements into effective system workflows and solutions.
- Drive automation, STP, TAT reduction and process improvements across the lending journey.
- Manage integrations and technology relationships with CKYC, credit bureaus, Account Aggregator, e-sign, payments, data providers and other lending platforms.
- Own PRDs, process flows, business rules, API requirements, UAT and implementation.
- Work closely with technology teams and external partners to ensure timely and effective delivery.
- Identify system gaps,



simplify processes and continuously improve the lending technology architecture.
- Track key technology/product metrics including TAT, STP, system failures, manual interventions and customer drop-offs.

What We Are Looking For (Mandatory requirements)

4+ years of experience in lending technology, digital lending, FinTech, NBFCs, banking or product ownership.

- Hands-on experience with LOS/LMS implementation or optimisation.
- Understanding of lending processes, credit workflows and digital customer journeys.
- Experience working with APIs, third-party technology vendors and fintech integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to convert business requirements into clear functional and technology requirements.
- Strong execution, stakeholder-management and ownership skills.
- Experience in Banks, NBFC execution, stakeholder-management and ownership skills.

Ideal Candidate

A hands-on lending technology qualified who can bridge Business, Credit, Operations and Technology, and drive the lending platform from requirements through implementation and continuous optimisation.
