Responsible for developing Lumen’s network connectivity products through both traditional systems and digital platforms, and managing the end to end digital product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
The Main Responsibilities:
- This role will lead the digital and data transformation initiatives for the APAC region aligning closely with the global Network Product organization to implement digital products for International Network as a Service (NaaS) portfolio.
- Identify opportunities for product innovation and propose creative solutions through digital platforms and products, align data, AI and network transformation.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including IT developers and product practice leads in defining product requirements that will deliver a seamless digital experience across the NaaS portfolio and platform.
- Represent the Network Product Management in APAC region to:
- Identify gaps and requirements to enable business process and systems application development to elevate customer experience.
- Coordinate and support systems application testing prior to launch and post launch testing and UAT.
- Attend IT planning and solutioning sessions to ensure international requirements are committed for IT development.
- Ensure teams are prepared for new launches or product enhancements, including creating product specific documentation and training support.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Solid understanding of network products (MPLS, Ethernet, Internet) and network orchestration
- Have a sound understanding on productizing solutions over digital platforms, automation, API and charging mechanisms adopted across network products.
- Over 10 years of proven experience in technical management, product development and IT systems application development process.
- Experience in productizing solutions over digital platforms, platform architecture, design principles, charging mechanisms adopted across network products to execute NaaS product strategy.
- Excellent project management, planning and collaborative skills and demonstrate ability to be agile and think outside the box.
- Exhibits positive and creative approach with demonstrated skill in persuasion and negotiation of critical issues.
- Strong cross functional collaboration and communication skills to work with cross functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Well verse in Agile Project Management methodology.
