We are looking for a customer-focused Product Manager who can connect customer problems, business priorities, and technology to create meaningful product outcomes.Someone who :

- Is accountable for maximizing customer and business value, owning product discovery, opportunity identification, prioritization, requirements, and continuous improvement.

- Understands customer problems and product opportunities and can drive evidence-based decisions that deliver measurable outcomes.

- Can shape Product Strategy &
- Roadmap and translate customer and business needs into clear priorities and investments.

- Is solid in Product Requirements &

- Backlog Management, bringing clarity to what needs to be built and why.

- Collaborates closely with Engineering, Product Design, and cross-functional stakeholders across discovery, validation, delivery, and improvement.

- Is a customer problem solver and product decision-maker, balancing customer needs, business goals, technical feasibility, and strategic priorities.

- Takes ownership of Product Performance &

- Continuous Improvement to drive sustainable product outcomes.

Role Purpose :

- Deliver valuable, usable, feasible,



and viable product solutions that address validated customer and business needs.

- Establish clear product outcomes and success measures to evaluate whether solutions are creating the intended impact.

- Enable effective collaboration across the empowered product team throughout discovery, validation, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities :

- Drive product adoption, usability, customer satisfaction, and operational effectiveness through continuous product improvement.

- Maintain a clear, prioritized, and outcome-oriented product backlog.

- Ensure product decisions are supported by relevant data, customer insights, experimentation, and discovery validation.

- Reduce ambiguity and improve decision clarity throughout product discovery and delivery. Establish scalable, repeatable, and effective product management practices.
