Role Description The Product Manager – Network Services is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for defining product vision and strategy for network services, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

The Product

Manager collaborates closely with engineering, operations, sales, and customer success teams to prioritize features, refine requirements, and oversee development and deployment of network service offerings. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing market and customer feedback, creating product requirements and user stories,



monitoring product performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves preparing product documentation, enabling go-to-market activities, and supporting internal and external stakeholders with clear communication and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including roadmap planning, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with network services or related domains such as cloud infrastructure, connectivity, and network performance management.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer feedback, and usage data to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and presenting to leadership and clients.
- Proven aptitude for problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile or other iterative product development methodologies and associated tools.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru South and engaging directly with teams and stakeholders.
