Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Manager Lending to join our growing team at Finvasia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing loan products and digital lending (LOS & LMS), prioritizing API integrations, and driving product development in collaboration with engineering, design, QA, and business teams. The candidate will also lead a team, oversee regulatory and audit compliance (RBI, CISA, internal audits), define GTM strategies, and work closely with sales and partnerships to deliver scalable, market-driven financial products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build Product Roadmap for Neo Bank focusing all financial services related product and define the initiatives while discussing with key stakeholders
- Should have sufficient knowledge about different Loan Products and Lending Mechanism especially in the context of NBFCs and Digital Lending
- Prioritize developments and evaluate the basis of proper product management prioritization frameworks including various API integrations.
- Lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, QA & Engineers to collaborate on the organizations' vision for the product




- Collaborate on various audits including but not limited to RBI, CISA, Internal Audits, etc.
- Understand and break down the problem statement for easy communication with engineers Ensuring no conflict of interest as this role also has indirect reporting of Engineers
- Keep a close eye on competitors and define the product roadmap, improvements, and initiatives accordingly with teams
- Closely work with the Sales & Partnership teams to understand the client requirements and Explore possible synergies
- Drive the GTM strategy for new releases in conjunction with sales and marketing

Key Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Neo Banking and financial services product development
- Hands-on experience with LOS (Loan Origination System) and LMS (Loan Management System)
- Ability to build and manage product roadmap, prioritization, and API integrations
- Experience in team leadership (Product, Design, QA, Engineering teams)
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (RBI, CISA, audits, etc.)
- Experience in GTM strategy, competitor analysis, and product launches
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and collaborative environment

Qualifications & years of Experience:

- Any Graduate
- Overall 8+ years of experience in Product roles in Fintech/NBFC/Payments domain
- 2-4 years as Sr. Manager/ AVP in Product domain
- Team management experience of at least 2 years
- Should have a decent understanding of the regulatory and compliance requirements for NBFC/ Fin-tech
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Self-starter who can execute in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in an setting that promotes constant team communication
- LOS & LMS experience is required
- Min 4 + years Loan Products and Lending Mechanism exp is required, especially in the context of NBFCs and Digital Lending
