We are hiring a Product Manager for our client. This is an excellent prospect for a detail-oriented and analytically driven recent graduate to kick-start their career in product management, working closely with experienced professionals to build and scale impactful products.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market and user research
- Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitor products to identify opportunities
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories for development teams
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and quality product delivery
- Support prioritization of features and backlog management using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate product decisions
- Analyze product metrics and KPIs to measure feature performance and user engagement
- Assist in go-to-market planning and coordination with marketing and sales teams
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups,



and product review meetings
- Create wireframes or mockups (using tools like Figma) to communicate product ideas

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a user-centric mindset
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis
- Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion, Asana)
- Basic understanding of wireframing/prototyping tools (Figma, Balsamiq)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Curiosity about technology, user behavior, and market trends
