The Role

We’re building the next generation of AI-powered products and workflows at Razorpay. As an AI PM in the Central AI team , you’ll find high-leverage problems across the organisation and take them from 0 → 1 → adoption . You’ll own the entire journey — understand the problem, shape the solution, prototype it, build it, ship it, and drive impact.

This isn’t a traditional PM role. You won’t just write specs and hand them off. You’ll build.

You’ll use AI-native tools, agents, APIs, automations and internal systems to make teams dramatically more productive — and make things possible that weren’t possible before.

What You’ll Do

- Find high-impact problems across Razorpay where AI can create step-change impact .
- Work with leadership and teams to identify, prioritise and drive AI initiatives.
- Own products end-to-end — discovery → solutioning → building → shipping → adoption → impact .
- Rapidly prototype and build using Cursor, Claude Code, Replit, Lovable and similar tools.
- Build AI agents and workflows that reason, use tools, make decisions and take actions.
- Connect APIs, internal systems, data and SaaS tools using n8n, MCPs and automation frameworks .
- Experiment rapidly with models, prompts, agent architectures and workflows.
- Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Ops, Risk,



Compliance and Legal to take solutions to production.
- Drive adoption and measure outcomes — time saved, quality, automation, revenue, cost and user impact .
- Build reusable AI capabilities that can scale across Razorpay.

You Have

- 2+ years of experience building products — as a PM
- You’re AI-native . Cursor / Claude Code isn’t a novelty — it’s part of how you build.
- You can go from problem → prototype → working product without waiting for a detailed spec.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompting, agents, tool calling, RAG, APIs, MCPs and evaluations .
- Comfortable reading and writing code, debugging, working with APIs and moving across the stack.
- Solid product sense — you ask “why?” before “how?”
- You’ve shipped products and care deeply about adoption and outcomes , not just launches.
- Comfortable operating with high autonomy and ambiguity .
- Deep expertise in one area, with the ability to flex across product, design, engineering and AI.

The Bar Most people use AI. Few are AI-native.
