Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager who will be responsible for understanding customer and business needs, defining product requirements, managing the product roadmap, and working closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, Support, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful product improvements.

The ideal candidate should have strong product thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate user and business requirements into clear product specifications and actionable development plans.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and market requirements.
- Understand customer problems through user feedback, support inputs, market research, and stakeholder discussions.
- Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, PRDs/FRDs, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Sales, and Customer Support teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, effort, and technical feasibility.
- Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and relevant data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate product releases and ensure timely delivery of planned features.
- Monitor product performance and adoption after releases and identify areas for optimization.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the EdTech/SaaS space.




- Work with stakeholders to identify gaps in existing workflows and propose scalable product solutions.
- Ensure product requirements are clearly communicated and understood by development and testing teams.
- Maintain product documentation, specifications, release notes, and product-related knowledge resources.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support teams to understand recurring customer requirements and product pain points.
- Contribute to improving product usability, customer experience, and overall product adoption.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 310 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role.
- Experience working with SaaS / EdTech / B2B software products is preferred.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in writing PRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to convert business/customer requirements into clear product requirements.
- Positive understanding of UI/UX and user-centric product development.
- Experience with product analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good to Have

- Experience with School Management Systems / ERP / EdTech products.
- Experience working with education institutions, teachers, students, parents, or administrators.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, mobile/web applications, and software architecture concepts.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar product tools.
