Job Title: Product Manager_Digital Assets / FinTech

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, wealthtech, asset management, or technology-driven products.

The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills with an understanding of emerging digital asset and Web3 concepts.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, requirements, and end-to-end product delivery.
- Work closely with engineering, business, design, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable products.
- Conduct market and customer research to identify product opportunities.
- Define PRDs, user stories, product metrics, and success criteria.
- Drive 0-to-1 product initiatives and continuous product enhancements.
- Evaluate opportunities around blockchain, tokenization, digital assets, wallets, smart contracts, and Web3.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders on product strategy, business cases, and execution.




- Track product performance and use data-driven insights to improve customer and business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
- 46 years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or Technology Delivery.
- Experience in FinTech, WealthTech, Asset Management, Digital Banking, Payments, or technology-driven organizations.
- Exposure to one or more of:

- Blockchain

- Tokenization

- Digital Assets
- Crypto / Digital Asset Platforms

- Wallets

- Smart Contracts

- Web3
- Robust understanding of product lifecycle, roadmap management, PRDs, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and business teams.

Education – Mandatory
- MBA from IIMs
- Undergraduate STEM degree from IITs
- Candidates should have strong academic credentials from leading institutions.
