Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, analytical, and hands-on Product Management Intern to join our Product Team. In this role, you won't just be brainstorming ideasyou will be identifying core problem statements, mapping out workflows, building AI-driven automations/agents, analyzing user data, and shipping practical, real-world solutions that impact thousands of students, teachers, and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Problem Solving & User Research: Dive deep into problem statements spanning student engagement, teacher enablement, operational efficiency, and platform performance.
- AI & Automation Implementation: Design, prototype, and build end-to-end AI flows, automated workflows, and AI agents to optimize product processes and user experiences.
- Data & Insights: Analyze product analytics, track user behavior, gather qualitative/quantitative insights, and translate data into actionable product decisions.
- Execution & Delivery: Move beyond abstract ideas by defining transparent specs, wireframes,



and practical operational logic to ensure swift execution with engineering and design teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with engineering, design, and operations teams to launch, test, and iterate features.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Educational Background:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering / Computer Science
- From top-tier engineering colleges such as IIT, NIT, BITS, IIIT, or equivalent.

- Prior Experience:
- Mandatory: At least one previous internship or structured project in product management, tech, or data/analytics at a startup or tech firm.
- Technical & AI Capabilities:
- Strong proficiency and hands-on experience in building AI workflows, automations (LLM tools, APIs, Zapier/Make/n8n, Python scripts), and AI agents.
- Mindset & Problem-Solving:
- A pragmatic, first-principles approach. You must be able to think beyond the obvious and focus on practical execution rather than just conceptual ideas.

- Analytical Skills:
- Comfort with product analytics, SQL/Excel, and structured data-driven decision-making.
