Role Description The Product Management Transfer Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end product transfers, including coordination between R&D;, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure seamless transition of products into commercial production. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon involves planning and overseeing product lifecycle activities, monitoring timelines, resolving transfer-related issues,



and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards for Ayurvedic medicines and herbal cosmetics. The role includes preparing and maintaining documentation, supporting process validations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize product performance and production efficiency.

The manager will also contribute to portfolio planning, provide product-related insights to senior leadership, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and product management processes.

Qualifications

- Strong product management skills, including product lifecycle planning, cross-functional coordination, and process transfer management.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical or Ayurvedic manufacturing processes, quality standards (GMP, ISO), and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in data analysis, documentation, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Management, Life Sciences, or a related field; prior experience in product transfer or technical services is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
