- Overall 7 to 10 years of work experience with 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally with web-based products applying user-centric design thinking

- Experience and passion in building software. Should have started career as a Developer and has work for 4-6 years as Developer

- Able to track development matrices to build quality software products

- Hands-on in Agile Product development and have practiced Scrum, Kanban or Protected
- In a mature environment and in close cooperation with the PO

- Ideally has worked as a PO or written user stories

- Exposure to Test Driven Development (TDD) and pair programming

- Deep empathy for what drives current Volkswagen product groups

- Skilled at defining, validating and prioritizing product features

- Be a people manager to lead people and coach them





- Strong leadership and communication skills; able to teach others

- Experienced with guiding and synthesizing user research and testing

- Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers and business stakeholders and navigate complex decision making

- Open-minded and willing to take the lead while constantly reflecting the team’s opinions in order to create and sustain a balanced team focus

- English at business level fluency

- Additional indicators for suitable candidates:

- Experience in developing products rather than working on projects

- Technology experience with modern / digital technologies

- Ideally DevOps experience
