About Habuild:-

Habuild is a habit-building company headquartered in Nagpur. Founded in March 2020, the company delivers daily live yoga sessions led by its co-founder and CEO, Saurabh Bothra. Since inception, 2 crore+ people from across 170+ countries have registered with Habuild and today the community has close to 7 lakh paying members.

The company is bootstrapped and profitable, with annual revenue of ₹300+ crore. It holds multiple world records for enabling lakhs of people doing yoga at a time. Recently, it has also won the prestigious ET Bootstrapped Start up Award in 2026.

Role Overview:-

Habuild is establishing a strong team in Nagpur, and this internship is the entry point to it. Interns work alongside the company's decision-makers, including the CEO.

The role sits across product, data and user research, and carries ownership of experiments from hypothesis through to the decision that follows. Interns work directly with design, engineering, marketing and operations. This along with the scale helps to shorten the learning curve.

The problems are the ones the company is actively working on — how members discover Habuild, what leads them to begin, and what sustains their practice over months. - Nagpur is where Habuild runs its experiments first with work reaching lakhs of members within weeks. Strong performers will be offered full-time roles on completion





Key Responsibilities:-

- Experimentation. Design and run experiments on how members discover Habuild, begin their practice, and continue it. Analyse outcomes and recommend the resulting course of action.
- Data Analysis. Query Habuild's data warehouse independently to identify trends, usage patterns and opportunities. Present findings that inform what the company builds.
- User Research. Engage with members across WhatsApp, calls, comments and live sessions. Translate what members say into specific product improvements.
- Collaboration. Work with design, engineering, marketing and support to prototype and implement solutions.
- Applied AI. Use AI tools as a routine part of the work — prototyping quickly, analysing member conversations at scale, and building AI into the member experience.

Candidate Profile:-
- Self-directed. Able to take an open-ended problem and return with a substantiated answer.
- Analytically strong. Comfortable working with data. Familiarity with Excel, SQL
- Delivery-oriented. Prefers to run a small version of an idea promptly and learn from it.
- Versatile. Willing to move between research, analysis and operational work as the role requires.
- A transparent communicator. Able to present findings in writing and in person to a senior audience.
