Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Product Lead / Senior Full-Stack Engineer to independently own and execute the delivery of Scoutsi Snapshot, an AI-native Product Carbon Footprint (PCF) and ESG intelligence product for automotive OEMs and their Tier 1/2/3 suppliers. The role combines product ownership, engineering leadership, and hands-on full-stack execution. The candidate will work directly with the CTO and lead the development team across planning, development, integration, testing, launch, and production handover.

Responsibilities

- Owning delivery plans, milestones, dependencies and risks

- Leading developers across frontend, backend integration, QA and DevOps

- Building and hardening the React customer application

- Integrating AI/calculation APIs

- Implementing authentication, SSO/OAuth, multi-tenancy,



billing and usage metering

- Owning CI/CD, testing, observability and production readiness

- Coordinating security, legal and specialist workstreams

Requirements

- The ideal candidate has 6-8 years of relevant experience, proven end-to-end product delivery ownership, demonstrated engineering/team leadership, robust React and full-stack skills, cloud and CI/CD experience, and the ability to execute independently without a PM or Delivery Manager.

Qualifications

- Tier-1 university education is highly preferred but not mandatory.
