Role Overview

We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused professional with strong communication, presentation and engagement skills.

The Product Evangelist will be the face of the Experience Centre, responsible for creating a premium and engaging experience for customers and channel partners. The role will involve conducting property tours, presenting the projects key USPs in an impactful manner, and ensuring a seamless, informative and brand-aligned customer journey from arrival to departure.

What We Are Looking For A professional who can own the Experience Centre experience, create a strong first impression, confidently showcase the project, and ensure every customer and channel partner feels welcomed, informed and well-supported throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct property/site tours and show-flat walkthroughs for customers and channel partners.
- Manage the complete customer experience at the Experience Centre, including welcome, seating, refreshments and final send-off.
- Present project USPs, specifications, pricing, amenities, connectivity and other key features clearly and confidently.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the project's value proposition.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for seamless handover of qualified walk-ins and share relevant visitor feedback and interest levels.
- Maintain the Experience Centre,



display areas and show flat as per premium brand standards.
- Handle customer and channel partner queries confidently and professionally.
- Build strong rapport with channel partners/brokers and ensure they receive proper support during site visits.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and CRM entries, including customer details and visit outcomes.
- Coordinate with Facility and Housekeeping teams to ensure the Experience Centre is always presentable and hospitality-ready.
- Ensure high standards of grooming, etiquette, communication and hospitality in line with the brand image.
- Represent the project and brand professionally at all customer and channel partner interactions.

Candidate Profile

- Female candidate with a confident, polished and presentable personality.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Charming, warm and customer-friendly personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Good knowledge of premium customer service and hospitality standards.
- Ability to engage with HNI customers, channel partners and other stakeholders professionally.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Luxury Retail, Premium Sales, Customer Experience will be preferred.
- Should be well-groomed and comfortable representing a premium real estate brand.
- Strong coordination, follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing role, including weekends and holidays as per business requirements.
