JD for professional Services Group IGA – Technical Lead – Product implementation :

Role:

- Product demos and feature explanation
- Understand the business requirements and map it with features available in product
- Product configuration according to customer requirement
- Make Requirement Specification documents, project plans and other project related documents
- Interacting with client teams for system integration
- Participate in all phases of project implementation – planning, requirements understanding,



solutioning and implementation process.
- Collaborate with development team, implementation team and client and maintain proper communication between teams
- Progress reporting and timely risk identification
- Project execution within timelines with proper documentation
- Data Migration

Required:

- 4 year experience in any one of the following – Application rollout/implementation, Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge on database SQL queries
- Data Migration experience
- System Integration experience using APIs
- Windows Active Directory knowledge
- Client interaction experience is must
- Team handling experience
- Experience on working on any IDAM or PAM solutions would be highly preferable
