Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Product Engineer.

The Product

Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and refining products that align with PInterview's mission. Tasks include conducting research, analyzing data to inform product decisions, collaborating with teams on product design,



and leading research and development initiatives to innovate and enhance the user experience. The role necessitates a hands-on problem-solving attitude and proactive communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Product Engineering and Product Design
- Excellent Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform decisions
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D;) with a focus on innovation and enhancement
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Understanding of user-centered design principles is a plus
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to product challenges
