About the role

We're building the software that powers our localization business, from studio and artist management to visitor tracking and real-time operational dashboards. As a Product Engineer, you'll work directly with business stakeholders to understand problems, design solutions, and build products that improve efficiency, visibility, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build integrated workflow applications for studio operations, talent management, and production tracking.

- Own end-to-end product delivery: architecture, backend, database, frontend, deployment, and support.

- Deploy and maintain solutions in on-premise environments.

- Collaborate with business users to understand workflows and continuously improve systems.

- Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide operational and management insights.

- Help shape product roadmaps and technical decisions.

Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience building full-stack applications.





- Strong backend development skills with APIs, databases, and system design.

- Strong frontend skills (React, TypeScript, or equivalent modern frameworks).

- Experience with Docker, Linux, and self-hosted deployments.

- Ability to independently drive projects from idea to production.

- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have
- Experience with workflow automation, scheduling, ERP, CRM, or operations software.

- Exposure to media, production, localization, or creative-industry workflows.

- Experience building dashboards, analytics, or reporting platforms.
