Purpose of Role/Job Summary

- Should be able to lead recent product development.
- Should be able to lead Product design & Engineering.
- Responsible for Product innovation, Product life cycle, Market research & analysis and monitoring &

mentoring cross functional team of engineers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product engineering and development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals and market demands.
- Product Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features, enhancements,

and optimizations based on customer feedback, market trends, and business objectives.

- Product Lifecycle Management:



Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery,

ensuring timely and high-quality releases.

Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying emerging design and manufacturing technologies, materials, and trends that can be incorporated into our product lines.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Marketing, and

Operations, to gather insights, align strategies, and ensure successful product launches.

- Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability, security, and performance.
- Budget Management: Manage the product engineering and development budget, making efficient use of resources and tracking expenses to maximize ROI.
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to efficiently address product gaps.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, developers, and product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Work Experience & Skills

- Should have 10-15 years of experience, of which the last 5-7 years have been in a similar capacity,

preferably from manufacturing industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
