Jiva Ritu is an emerging Ayurvedic wellness brand building products for a generation dealing with lifestyle-related challenges. Rooted in Ayurveda, validated by contemporary formulation science.

What you’ll own

- Formulation — develop, test and validate Ayurvedic and herbal ingestibles. Ingredients, dosage, stability, safety, specs.
- Regulatory — decide the compliance pathway for each product. Own labels, claims, dossiers and final sign-off before launch.
- Manufacturing — qualify suppliers and third-party units. Run trials, pilot batches, scale-up, production.
- Quality — set testing protocols, specifications and batch-release criteria. Investigate deviations.
- Commercials — build costings and hit target margins without cutting corners on quality or compliance.

What we need





- Qualification in Ayurveda, Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Food Technology, Chemistry or Nutraceuticals
- 4–8 years hands-on product development, with products you’ve personally taken to market
- Deep formulation capability and direct ownership of regulatory compliance.
- Experience across third-party manufacturing, quality systems, testing and sourcing
- Resourceful in a lean, early-stage setup Ayurvedic or herbal ingestibles experience — syrups, tonics, powders — is an advantage.
