We are looking for a Product Development & Operations professional with a strong foundation in fashion and apparel to work closely with the design team and take ownership of the sampling, product development and operational execution of KIWĀD products.

- Own the product journey from design handover → sampling → corrections → approval → final garment.
- Work closely with the design team to understand product requirements and ensure accurate execution.
- Work hands-on with KIWĀD’s internal master, tailors, embroiderers and craftsmen to develop and refine garments.
- Translate design requirements into clear instructions for the internal team and external partners.
- Manage multiple rounds of sampling, fittings, corrections and approvals.
- Coordinate closely with fabric suppliers, artisans, pattern makers, sampling units, manufacturers, trims suppliers and other vendors.
- Manage day-to-day communication, follow-ups and timelines across internal teams and external partners.
- Ensure timely sourcing, availability and movement of fabrics, trims,



embroidery materials and other components.
- Check samples and finished garments for measurements, construction, stitching, embroidery, fabric, colour, detailing and finishing.
- Identify quality and execution issues and work with the relevant team to resolve them.
- Ensure final garments remain consistent with the approved sample, design specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain trackers for styles, samples, materials, quantities, timelines, costs and QC.
- Coordinate products involving multiple craftsmen, vendors and processes.
- Monitor delays, wastage, rework, material consumption and quality issues.
- Support costing, material planning and inventory movement.
- Oversee final quality checks, packing and delivery.
- Build robust working relationships across the internal team and external network and help create a reliable and scalable product ecosystem for KIWĀD.
