Role

We're looking for a Product Designer with 2-6 years of experience to join our design team. You'll own features end to end, partnering with product managers and engineers to turn complex financial workflows into experiences that feel straightforward. You'll shape products used by finance teams at companies across the globe.

Key Responsibilities

- Own features end to end, from discovery and research through design, prototyping, handoff, and post-launch iteration.
- Break down complex finance workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
- Design for multiple user roles and edge states across web and mobile.
- Plan and run user interviews and usability tests, and turn findings into design decisions.
- Use product analytics and customer feedback to measure impact and prioritise improvements.
- Partner with PMs and engineers from problem definition onward, shaping scope and trade-offs rather than receiving specs.
- Present your work and explain your design decisions clearly to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the Design System: build components, write documentation, and keep quality consistent across products.
- Take part in design critiques and help improve how the team works.




- Define interaction patterns and micro-interactions that make complex flows feel responsive and clear, including loading, success, error, and empty states.
- Prototype motion and transitions, and spec them clearly so engineering can build them as intended.
- Use AI tools across your workflow, from research synthesis and ideation to rapid prototyping, to move faster without lowering quality.

Skills & Qualifications

- 2-6 years in product design, with shipped web or mobile work.
- A portfolio showing your process and end-to-end ownership.
- Strong interaction, visual, and information architecture skills.
- Advanced Figma, from components to developer handoff.
- Hands-on with AI design and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user interviews and usability testing.

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience in fintech or B2B SaaS, especially complex workflows.
- Shipped AI-powered features or agentic workflows, with a view on how AI UX patterns should work.
- Experience with motion tools like Rive, Lottie, ProtoPie, or After Effects.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, or building coded prototypes with AI tools.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup.
