Product Designer (B2B SaaS – Part-Time)

We’re not looking for pixel-pushers. We’re looking for strategic thinkers who design to drive adoption, activation, and retention.

What We’re Looking For An experienced Product Designer who’s:

- Comfortable working solo or as part of a small design pod
- Deeply familiar with B2B SaaS UX patterns, particularly in complex or AI-first workflows
- Able to think in systems - information architecture, design systems, modular UI
- Fast and self-managed - you can take a brief and run with it
- Obsessed with clarity - not just in visuals, but also in how products communicate with users

Your Role As our freelance design partner, you’ll:
- Collaborate with founders or product leads on 1–2 active projects/month




- Take ownership of flows: from audit → UX thinking → wireframes → clean UI
- Simplify messy interfaces (dashboards, onboarding, workflows, etc.)
- Create scalable, dev-friendly design systems when needed
- Sometimes contribute to product strategy, copy suggestions, and UX thinking

Requirements

- 2+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS
- A portfolio showing clean, thoughtful work (especially complex flows)
- Fluent in Figma, components, variables, and auto-layout best practices
- Bonus: You’ve designed for AI or data-heavy tools (CRMs, dashboards, etc.)
- Bonus: Experience working async with lean teams or startups
