At Morfikos , we build custom software, automation, and practical business solutions that solve real operational problems. We are currently building a powerful growth and profit-control software module designed to integrate alongside existing restaurant and café POS systems. Our platform helps owners tackle two critical daily questions: Where can I create more profitable business? and Where is money leaking from the business I already have?

We are looking for a sharp, empathetic, and execution-driven Product Designer Intern to join our lean team and take ownership of designing clean, frictionless, and intuitive interfaces for complex operational workflows.

What You'll Do

- Translate Complexity into Simplicity: Design clean, easy-to-navigate user interfaces for data-heavy workflows, including recipe costing matrices, waste-tracking logs, settlement reconciliations, and campaign management dashboards.
- User Journey Mapping: Map out end-to-end workflows for restaurant owners and cashiers to ensure tasks like approving discounts, reviewing exceptions, or scheduling WhatsApp customer campaigns take seconds, not minutes.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design Systems:



Build and maintain scalable UI components that balance aesthetic appeal with high information density for fast-paced commercial environments.
- Collaborate Directly with Founders: Work closely with engineering and product leads to iterate rapidly based on real-world restaurant operations and user feedback.

What We're Looking For
- Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of UX fundamentals, clean UI design, and problem-solving for web or desktop applications (SaaS experience is a big plus).
- Systems Thinking: Ability to structure complex data (dashboards, financial metrics, inventory logs) into clean, glanceable, and actionable visual layouts.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of contemporary design tools like Figma.
- Attention to Detail: Deep appreciation for typography, hierarchy, accessibility, and designing for users who may not be tech-savvy (e.g., café/restaurant managers and cashiers).
- Mindset: High ownership, a bias for action, and curiosity about how businesses operate behind the scenes.
