Responsibilities :

Core capabilities include :

- Presenter Tools : Real-time camera management, chat, and notes for on-air talent
- Producer Dashboard : Complete control over shows, feeds, and broadcasts with multi-camera support
- Showbuilder : Template-based workflow for creating professional broadcasts with media, slides, and overlays
- Broadcasting & Feeds : Multi-source feed management, overlay capabilities, and real-time show editing
- Media Management : Video upload, trimming, slide deck integration, and overlay placement
- Producer Communications : Backstage messaging and producer coordination during live broadcasts.

The designer will work within established patterns and drive incremental improvements while maintaining consistency across this complex producer tool.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own UX/UI design for Greenroom features from discovery through final delivery (flows, wireframes, UI, interaction patterns)
- Collaborate with PM and engineers to define scope, iterate quickly, and ship usable improvements
- Create clickable prototypes and validate concepts with internal stakeholders and users
- Maintain and evolve design patterns to ensure consistency across Brandlive product surfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Work within design systems and contribute to pattern library improvements

Ideal Candidate :





Strong Product Designer Profile (B2B SaaS / B2C Video / Media Platforms / Top B2C)

- Must have 3 years of experience as a Product Designer / UX/UI Designer working on SaaS OR Top B2C product OR Video/Media product (Video product like Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Twitch)
- Must have Hands-on experience in designing end-to-end product features - from discovery to delivery (user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interaction design)
- Experience working on complex dashboards, multi-role systems, or workflow-heavy products (e.g., producer tools, admin panels, or data-heavy interfaces)
- Robust proficiency in Figma - including high-fidelity designs, interactive prototypes, and design systems
- Strong foundation in UX design, user flows, information architecture, and usability principles with the ability to simplify complex problems
- Strong product thinking and problem-solving ability - able to translate ambiguous requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences
- Strong experience of using AI tools to create clickable prototypes and iterate rapidly
- Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must showcase 2 shipped products or major features with clear case studies demonstrating impact, problem-solving approach, and design rationale
- Mandatory (Company) : B2B SaaS or OR Top B2C product OR Video/Media Companies like Zoom, Vimeo, YouTube, Twitch
- Preferred (Domain Experience) : Experience in video streaming, live broadcasting, or media production platforms
