We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Product Design Engineer who can take complete ownership of the end-to-end product development cycle — from concept ideation to final manufacturable design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, mechanical systems, and proficiency in 3D modeling and simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the product design and development process from concept to production.
- Work on ideation, concept generation, and 3D modeling using SolidWorks (or similar CAD tools).
- Perform motion studies, kinematic and structural analysis, and simulation-based validation of designs.
- Handle detailed design, including components, assemblies, weldments, and sheet metal structures.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to ensure practical and cost-effective production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (fabrication, testing, sourcing) to refine and optimize designs.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of design performance, weight, cost, and durability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong proficiency in SolidWorks (Parts, Assemblies, Weldments,



and Sheet Metal).
- Experience in kinematics, motion analysis, and mechanical simulation tools.
- Good understanding of DFM principles and fabrication processes (especially for welded and sheet metal parts).
- Ability to take ownership of complete product development lifecycle — concept → design → validation → manufacturing.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience working on mobility products, vehicles, or mechanical systems with moving linkages.
- Exposure to prototype development, testing, and iteration cycles.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to current tools and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
