Primary Responsibilities-

- Own NCLC product vision, roadmap, backlog, governance, and adoption strategy.

- Drive Product Management discipline across capability definition, prioritization, roadmap planning, release readiness, stakeholder alignment, and adoption tracking.

- Lead capability discovery across Android, Flutter architecture, UI/UX components, workflows, interfaces, iOS, web, security, performance, Play Store readiness, and enterprise readiness.

- Convert current capabilities and limitations into a clear WBS, maturity roadmap, release plan, and productization backlog.

- Define reusable component, template, workflow, configuration, and integration strategy.

- Work closely with Engineering, UX, Mobility, Delivery, Implementation, Sales and Presales teams.

- Align future commitments with standard GA release governance & product lifecycle processes.

- Define business value, adoption KPIs, ROI measures, and effort-saving indicators for the platform.

- Track impact across development effort reduction, customization reduction, reuse, faster delivery, and product line adoption.

- Prepare capability matrices, risk registers, decision notes, readiness dashboards, ROI views, and senior-management updates

Requirements

- Experience in PMG / Product Management / Platform Management / Mobility / Low-Code No-Code platforms.

- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, release planning, and stakeholder governance.





- Ability to work with engineering teams on APIs, integrations, architecture, security, scalability, and release readiness.

- Understanding of configurable workflows, reusable components, digital journeys, and enterprise platform products.

- Ability to connect platform capabilities with measurable business outcomes, adoption value, and ROI.

- Solid stakeholder management, documentation, workshop facilitation, and execution skills.

- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and bringing structure to early-stage platform initiatives.

- Exposure to Flutter, Android/iOS, web journeys, mobility platforms, workflow engines, API-led architecture, or customer journey orchestration.

- Experience in productizing internal frameworks or engineering-led tools into scalable product platforms.

- Experience in defining platform business cases, adoption metrics, cost-benefit analysis, or productivity improvement measures.

- Completed ownership transition.

- Approved capability document, WBS, roadmap, and GA 9.0 alignment plan.

- Defined readiness roadmap across Android, iOS, web, security, performance, and enterprise.
