Weu2019re looking for an In-House Producer with strong creative instincts u2014 someone who can take an idea from deck to delivery and make it real.

This is not a coordination-only role.

Youu2019ll work closely with founders, marketing, performance, and community to execute high-quality content across:

Social media (Reels, YouTube, LinkedIn, Shorts)

Performance marketing creatives

Brand campaigns

Product storytelling

On-ground activations

Founder-led content

Nutrition / education content

PR-linked shoots

What youll do:

Production Leadership

Plan and execute shoots end-to-end

Build production calendars

Manage budgets (lean + productive)

Source locations, crew, equipment

Work with editors, DOPs, freelancers

Ensure content is delivered on time and on brief

Creative Collaboration

Translate strategy into shootable formats

Improve scripts, hooks, and structure

Bring visual references and fresh execution ideas

Elevate performance creatives beyond templated ads

Multi-Channel Execution





Adapt one idea into multiple platform formats

Understand what works for Reels vs YouTube vs LinkedIn

Work closely with performance team to create iterative ad creatives

Speed + Quality

Operate in a fast-moving startup environment

Balance speed with production standards

Build repeatable production systems

What were looking for:

3-6 years experience in content production, digital media, agency, or startup

Strong aesthetic sense (framing, pacing, visual storytelling)

Comfortable being scrappy but thoughtful

You understand performance marketing and attention hooks

You care about craft u2014 lighting, sound, pacing matter to you

You can manage chaos without becoming chaotic
