Product Advisor – Retail

About the Role We are looking for energetic, confident, and target-oriented Product Advisors to join our Market Development team at Shaadi.com. As a Product Advisor, you will be the face and voice of Shaadi.com, helping customers understand our premium matchmaking services and guiding them towards the membership that best suits their requirements. This is a customer-focused sales role involving outbound calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and premium membership conversions.

Key Responsibilities Contact prospective customers through leads provided by the company. Understand customer requirements and recommend relevant Shaadi.com premium services. Explain membership plans, features, benefits, and value proposition clearly.

Convert free members and prospects into premium paid members. Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally. Follow up with potential customers consistently to drive conversions. Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and customer interaction records in the system.

Handle walk-in customers at retail centres, when required. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to calls, talk time, conversions, and revenue. Participate in regular performance reviews, training sessions, and product updates.

Maintain a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales journey.





Requirements Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, inside sales, outbound calling, or customer-facing sales. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good spoken and written English along with any Indian regional language.

Clear diction and confident communication. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Customer-oriented and consultative approach to selling. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.

High energy, self-motivated, and resilient. Basic computer knowledge and ability to update CRM/system records.
