Key Responsibilities
- Manage PR–PO lifecycle, P2P workflows and compliance checkpoints
- Identify incomplete PRs and drive right-first-time submissions
- Interpret procurement policies and ensure channel compliance
- Troubleshoot PO issues such as pricing mismatches, supplier blocks and data errors
- Manage workflows, identify bottlenecks and drive timely clearance
- Understand contract terms and link POs correctly without negotiation
- Use intermediate Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Lookups and basic analytics
- Communicate effectively with requesters and suppliers
