Position 3: Procurement Officer Intern (2 Openings) About the Role As a Procurement Officer Intern, you will manage end-to-end IT procurement operations—from vendor sourcing and contract negotiation to PO generation, delivery follow-up, and timely project sign-off. You will also leverage supplier channels to identify vendor lead opportunities and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified vendor partners for hardware, software, cloud services, and specialized IT solution components.
- Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and commercial terms to optimize margins and project budgets.
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs), manage contract execution, and ensure full compliance.
- Track vendor delivery timelines, expedite procurement logistics,



and ensure project closure within stipulated timeframes.
- Build solid vendor relationships to identify co-selling and strategic partner lead opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Pursuing or recently completed BE/B.Tech (CS/IT/Electronics), BCA, MCA, or MBA (Supply Chain/Operations/IT).
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, commercial negotiation skills, high proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with procurement/inventory tools and AI productivity tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through capabilities.
