About the Role

We're looking for a Procurement Manager to own end-to-end procurement operations — from requisition to payment — across direct and indirect categories including IT/software/SaaS spend. The ideal candidate has based procurement experience, is comfortable negotiating with international suppliers, and can drive process efficiency and cost optimization across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) / Source-to-Pay (S2P) process including PR–PO conversion, vendor onboarding, and vendor master data maintenance
- Handle RFQ/RFx processing, price and contract negotiations, and vendor selection




- Conduct vendor performance evaluations and maintain performance dashboards/reports (SharePoint or equivalent)
- Resolve blocked invoices and support 2-way/3-way invoice matching
- Monitor and report procurement SLA and KPI metrics for operational excellence
- Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Production/Delivery, IT, and Quality teams to resolve day-to-day procurement issues
- Manage procurement of IT/tech spend — software licenses, SaaS subscriptions, cloud services, hardware — including renewals and contract terms (SLAs, data security clauses)
- Follow up with international/global suppliers to ensure timely delivery and SLA adherence
- Drive cost optimization and continuous improvement initiatives across sourcing and supply chain
- Maintain compliance with procurement policy, approval matrices, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience in PR-to-PO cycle management and P2P/S2P processes

- Solid Advanced Excel skills
- Experience negotiating with and managing international/global suppliers
- Experience handling IT/tech/SaaS procurement (software licenses, cloud, subscriptions) — preferred, not mandatory
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills

Good to Have

- Experience across both India-entity and foreign subsidiary procurement
- Exposure to vendor performance dashboarding tools
- Experience improving PR-to-PO cycle time or vendor performance scores with measurable results
