Role Description and Responsibilities:

The Procurement Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai.

- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers
- Obtain quotations and negotiate prices, terms, and payment conditions
- Raise and manage purchase orders
- Ensure timely procurement of materials as per project requirements
- Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, Accounts, and Management teams




- Monitor material quality, delivery schedules, and costs
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and procurement reports
- Develop and maintain long-term supplier relationships
- Find opportunities for cost savings and process improvement
- Ensure procurement follows company policies and approval procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Solid knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, purchase processes, and cost control
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and procurement/ERP software
- Understanding of construction materials, machinery, equipment, and services is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
