- Ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality procurement of materials, services, and project requirements.

- Possess deep technical expertise in project procurement, civil works, interiors, HVAC, acoustics, greenfield & brownfield projects, bought-out parts, lighting, fixtures, furniture, and facility-related procurements. (Important)

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including RFPs/RFQs, tendering, vendor sourcing, evaluation, negotiations, and contract finalization.

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and execute procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and budgets.

- Compare and evaluate vendors on technical, commercial, quality, and service parameters to ensure optimal sourcing decisions.

- Create and manage purchase orders, contracts, and procurement records in ERP systems.

- Monitor order execution, deliveries, inventory requirements, vendor performance, and payment schedules.





- Maintain procurement MIS, analytics, cost reports, KPIs, and project trackers while ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

- Develop and maintain solid vendor relationships, conduct audits, and identify alternate sourcing opportunities.

- Support ongoing projects by ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and services while optimizing procurement costs.

Experience:

- At least 10-15 years of experiences in greenfield & brownfield projects.

- At least 5 years of working experience on SAP MM, PM, or Oracle, JDE on BOQ-based working.

- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality/entertainment/hotel resorts.

Qualifications:

- Preferably civil engineer. At least 10-15 years of experiences in dealing with at least 20 greenfield & brownfield projects at a time.
