ETPL (Ekta Telecommunication Pvt. Ltd.) is a trusted infrastructure solutions provider delivering end-to-end services across EV Charging Infrastructure, Telecom Infrastructure, Turnkey Projects, and Research & Consulting.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager – Electrical to lead electrical procurement activities, vendor management, tendering, bidding, and material sourcing for our projects across India.

The ideal candidate should have a solid Electrical Engineering / Electrical Procurement background along with hands-on experience in tendering, bidding, GeM portal, vendor development, and project procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end procurement of electrical materials and equipment for projects.
- Manage procurement planning based on project BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage reliable electrical vendors and suppliers.
- Handle tendering and bidding activities from enquiry to commercial evaluation and finalization.
- Manage the complete GeM portal process, including product search, bid participation, quotation evaluation, order processing, and related documentation.
- Review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, eligibility criteria, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and evaluate RFQs, comparative statements, techno-commercial offers, and purchase orders.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, warranties,



and other commercial conditions with vendors.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Coordinate closely with Project, Electrical, Finance, and Quality teams for procurement requirements.
- Track purchase orders, material dispatches, deliveries, and pending supplies.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor database for electrical products and services.
- Monitor market prices, material availability, lead times, and industry trends.
- Ensure procurement is aligned with approved budgets, project timelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain proper procurement records, tender documents, quotations, comparative statements, POs, and vendor documentation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project requirements.

Electrical Procurement Exposure The candidate should have experience in procurement of electrical materials/equipment such as: EV Chargers | Transformers | HT/LT Panels | DBs | Cables | Switchgear | MCB/MCCB | Earthing Materials | Electrical Accessories | DG/Power Equipment | Other Project Electrical Materials

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in Electrical/EPC/Infrastructure projects.




- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- Solid hands-on experience in electrical procurement and vendor management.
- Proven experience in tendering and bidding processes.
- Hands-on experience working on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal is mandatory/preferred.
- Strong understanding of BOQs, technical specifications, RFQs, tender documents, and commercial evaluation.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical materials, equipment, and market suppliers.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and procurement documentation.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple procurement requirements and timelines simultaneously.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced project environment and take ownership of procurement activities.
