- Procurement Manager (Civil & Interior Projects) Lead procurement operations for civil and interior fit-out projects in Hyderabad, driving cost efficiency, contract negotiation, and compliance with project specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute procurement strategies for civil and interior fit-out projects.

- Prepare and issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate terms with suppliers and contractors.

- Finalize rate contracts and annual rate agreements to secure favorable pricing.

- Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for project procurement.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of procurement plans with project schedules.





- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain accurate procurement documentation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements

- 4 to 12 years of experience in procurement for civil and interior fit-out projects.

- Proven expertise in RFQ preparation, negotiation, and contract finalization.

- Solid knowledge of rate contracts, annual rate agreements, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
