Role & Responsibilities :-
- Head Purchase & Procurement Activities Of The BNK Group With Solid Negotiation Skills
- Timely And Economical Availability Of Material Of Desired Quality Standards & Specifications
- Ensuring Considerable Cost Saving For The Organization Through Development Of Alternative Vendor Sources & Contractors
- Coordinate With Project Managers For Getting BOQ's Of Material Required At Various Sites Along With Timelines
- Float Enquires To Empaneled Vendors & Seek Quotation From Them
- Negotiate With Vendors For Finalizing The Cost ,
Payment Terms & Delivery Schedule
- Inform The Respective Project Managers & Site Supervisors For Delivery Of Material At Site
- Ensure That The Material Delivered At Site Is As Per Specification And Quantity As Per PO And Free From Damage During Transport
- In Case Material Is Rejected By Site Engineer Then Connect With Vendor And Resolve The Issue
- Visit Various Sites Intermittently To Keep In Touch With The Needs
- Coordinate With Director-Contracts For Timely Approvals Of Vendor Invoices & Follow Up With Executive-Contracts So That Their Payments Are Released As Per Terms Agreed
