Job Title: Procurement Manger/ Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive procurement skilled (Executive or Manager level, based on experience) to join our team in Jaipur.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finished Goods Procurement (Third-Party / Private Label)

- Identify and onboard contract manufacturers and third-party vendors for finished skincare, herbal, and wellness products, ensuring capability, certification, and compliance standards.
- Lead cost benchmarking, commercial negotiations, and supply agreements while ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.

International Sourcing & Imports

- Source finished products, packaging materials, and components from China and other international markets.
- Coordinate pricing, samples, certifications, and documentation with international suppliers.
- Manage imports including HS codes, duties, freight coordination, and landed cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with Indian regulatory requirements.

Raw Material Procurement (Manufacturing Support)

- Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, actives, and packaging for FG production.
- Coordinate with R&D; and Production for BOMs and planning requirements.
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to avoid production delays.
- Negotiate pricing, MOQs, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Ensure materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Vendor Management & Cost Control

- Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base (domestic and international).
- Conduct vendor performance evaluations (cost, quality, timelines).




- Track raw material price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure strong negotiation to improve margins without compromising quality.

Inventory & Documentation Management

- Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Maintain purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and supplier records.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports (spend analysis, cost comparison, savings achieved).
- Work with finance for payment tracking and reconciliation.

Note: At the Manager level, this role additionally includes greater ownership of vendor strategy, cross-functional coordination, and mentoring of junior procurement staff.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- BTech or full-time MBA in Supply Chain or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in procurement specifically within the Skincare, Beauty, or Personal Care industry.
- Candidates from both Executive and Manager backgrounds are welcome to apply — final level will be decided based on experience and demonstrated ownership.

Hands-on experience in:

- Third-party finished goods procurement
- Import sourcing
- Raw material sourcing
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Understanding of landed cost calculation, import documentation, and supply chain processes
- Knowledge of cosmetic/herbal ingredient standards and quality compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel (costing sheets, comparison analysis); ERP knowledge preferred
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
