Role Description The Procurement Logistics Specialist is a full-time remote role responsible for coordinating purchasing activities and logistics operations that support Taxcart’s global business. This role manages end-to-end purchase order processes, including vendor communication, order placement, tracking, and reconciliation. The Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders to forecast needs, optimize inventory and service levels, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Day-to-day tasks include analyzing procurement and logistics data, maintaining accurate records, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting continuous improvement of supply chain workflows. The role also involves identifying cost-saving opportunities,



mitigating operational risks, and ensuring that procurement and logistics practices align with company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Purchase Orders and Supply Chain Management to manage end-to-end procurement processes and vendor relationships effectively.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management and Analytical Skills to coordinate shipments, optimize routes and costs, and interpret data for informed decision-making.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate with suppliers, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
- Experience with procurement or logistics tools, ERP systems, and basic financial concepts related to purchasing and contracts is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in procurement and logistics.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, global environment.
- Experience in technology or SaaS companies, especially with international vendors or multi-region operations, is an advantage.
