Showoffff is looking for an energetic, hands-on and commercially sharp Sourcing, Buying & Procurement professional to take complete ownership of our product sourcing and purchasing cycle.
This is not a desk-only procurement role. You will be actively involved in:
Sourcing new products, styles and suppliers
Evaluating products, pricing, quality and commercial viability
Negotiating prices, MOQs, payment terms and timelines
Placing and managing orders from start to finish
Coordinating production, dispatch and shipping
Following up with domestic and international suppliers
Coordinating with warehouse and internal teams
Tracking orders until products reach the warehouse
Ensuring products move from Received → Stocked → Updated → Live for Sale
Monitoring sales and coordinating repeat orders/restocking
What We’re Looking For
We’d love to hear from professionals with experience in:
- Negotiation and commercial decision-making
- Product and market trend evaluation
- Production, logistics and supplier coordination
- Excel / Google Sheets
You’ll Do Well Here If You: -Are proactive and highly execution-oriented
- Enjoy speaking with suppliers and negotiating deals
- Have a strong eye for products, trends and value
- Are organized with quantities, pricing and timelines
- Follow up consistently without being reminded -Take ownership and solve problems rather than passing them on
- Can manage multiple suppliers and orders simultaneously
- Enjoy working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
