About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Executive with 7–8 years of experience in the construction industry to manage the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, cost negotiation, timely material availability, and ensuring procurement as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of construction materials, tools, equipment, and site requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project, Site, Store, Accounts, and Management teams for procurement planning.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials at project sites as per required specifications.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, quotations, and comparative statements.
- Monitor material quality, rates, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.




- Develop and maintain robust relationships with reliable suppliers and contractors.
- Track purchase orders, pending deliveries, and material requirements.
- Ensure procurement is within approved budgets and company policies.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and identify alternate sources of materials.

Qualification & Skills
- Graduate/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in construction/real estate procurement.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, suppliers, and market rates.
- Good negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and purchase/ERP software.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project procurement requirements and work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
