- Supplier Management

- Supplier evaluation: Research, vet, and onboard new vendors based on reliability, quality, and cost.

Purchasing &

- Contract Negotiation

- Contract negotiation: Secure favorable pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.

- Order processing: Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders (POs) from creation to final delivery.

- Inventory coordination: Work closely with warehouse teams to monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.

Financial &

- Risk Management

- Cost reduction: Analyze market trends and compare quotes to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Budget alignment: Monitor spending to ensure all purchasing activities stay within departmental budget limits.

- Risk mitigation: Develop backup sourcing strategies to prevent supply chain disruptions.

Job Requirements &

- Qualifications

- Education:



Civil Engineer &
- Diploma

- Experience: 1 or 2 years experience & fresher all so in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.

- Procurement Professional.

- Technical skills: inventory management systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Essential Skills

- Negotiation: Ability to drive down costs while maintaining solid supplier relationships.

- Analytical thinking: Strong capability to analyze complex data, market trends, and financial metrics.

- Communication: Transparent verbal and written skills to collaborate effectively with internal departments and external vendors.
