Role Description This full time remote Procurement Contract Specialist role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of procurement contracts that support Taxcart’s operations and growth. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement contracts; preparing and processing purchase orders; and ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

The specialist will collaborate with finance, legal, operations, and technical teams to align contract terms with business needs, service levels, and budget constraints. Additional responsibilities include supporting government procurement activities when relevant, maintaining accurate contract records,



monitoring vendor performance, and analyzing data to identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.

Qualifications

- Strong experience in Procurement Contracts and Government Procurement, with the ability to manage contract lifecycles and comply with relevant regulations.
- Hands-on expertise with Purchase Orders and vendor management, including creating, tracking, and reconciling purchasing documentation.
- Demonstrated Contract Negotiation skills, including drafting terms, resolving issues, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for reviewing contract data, evaluating supplier performance, and supporting cost and risk analysis.
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and familiarity with technology or SaaS environments is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fully remote setting.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, supply chain, law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
