GB DMC, a member of the GB Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive – Europe & UK to support supplier contracting, commercial negotiations and destination procurement activities across the United Kingdom and Europe.

This is a commercially focused role for a travel industry skilled with strong destination knowledge and an understanding of supplier relationships, contracting and competitive travel products.

THE ROLE

You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with hotels, transportation providers, attractions, restaurants and other destination suppliers across the UK and European markets.

Working closely with Sales, FIT, Groups and Operations teams, you will support supplier negotiations, secure competitive rates and contribute to the development of reliable and commercially viable travel products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Support and manage supplier contracts across the UK and Europe
- Develop robust commercial relationships with hotels and destination partners
- Negotiate competitive rates, terms and value-added benefits
- Source new suppliers and identify product development opportunities




- Monitor market trends, pricing and supplier performance
- Maintain updated supplier and product information
- Support destination expansion and procurement initiatives
- Collaborate with Sales, FIT, Groups and Operations teams

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- 3–7 years' experience in Travel Contracting, Procurement or Product Development
- Strong knowledge of UK and European destinations
- Experience in supplier negotiation and relationship management
- Commercial awareness with strong analytical and communication skills
- Good understanding of the B2B travel and DMC environment
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities
